Rigid materials flocking
Under rigid materials flocking we would understand flocking the articles which unlike textile and roll materials maintain their shape constant. We would not discuss in detail the differences in flocking the articles with simple surface shape (wall panels, furniture articles, sound columns etc.) and those with complex surface shape (small boxes for jewelry, glove boxes and car finish elements, bottles, package etc.). Of course there are some differences, but they rather concern the details of technological processes and the necessary equipment. In general, flocking the articles with constant shape include the following procedures: First apply a uniform glue layer to the surface of an article. Then apply the flock, using an appropriate equipment, let the article to dry up and remove excess flock.
